The C10 Concours runs 80 kph at 3000 RPM while the EX250 runs 80 kph at 6000 RPM.

Because the Concours has 4 cylinders and the EX250 only 2, they're both running at 6000 power strokes per minute.

The Concours power stroke is 250 CC worth, while the EX250 is 125 CC, which is why the EX250 gets 65 mpg US while the Concours gets 42 mpg US.
