Hi guys and ladys yep its chilly in Nortumberland. Been a GTR rider for a few years this is my 2nd one a 2016 midel. Love it cept the damned linked brakes. Anyhoo hello 😋😋😋

Hi back. Which Northumberland? UK?, VA?, Canada?
-
Welcome KwakaDave from grey miserable Essex.
Ya shoulda bought a low mileage 2008/2009 as they are warmer and don't have the :censored: :doublepuke: Linked Brakes.
Faster too, if ya get a black one. :rotflmao:
Jim, I'm betting on UK, given that he refers to being a GTR rider ;D although that "anyhoo" could make him a Canukian or a Northumbrian. :rotflmao:
If Northumbrian, there are some damned fine biking roads up there if you can find a day where it's not raining or blowing sheep inside out.

Your bet would be correct based on his email address..
KwakaDave, don't forget that there is another GTR site in the UK. Great people!

Welcome!
Boomer's comment about "blowing sheep inside out" gave me a visual that I just. didn't. need. :rotflmao:

Cheers!
Its a bit chilly here as well (-18c or 1f), I looked at my Connie yesterday and made sure the battery tender is up and happy, too cold to do anything else in the barn...

It's a common saying in the north of England.
