Thought I'd drop my obligatory "hello" here! Picked up a new to me 2011 Connie with just under 9k on her. Moved up from a SV1000S that I had been constantly modding to fit what I wanted to do:more long distance and comfort. The C14 is such a wonderful bike in all ways! The only hard part is getting used to the xtra 200lbs worth of weight-no issue when riding...just when pushing her around. Looking forward to ingesting all sorts of info from the group !

Welcome, Rick. +1 on the extra weight. You'll find out a lot of it sits fairly high as well. But it soon disappears once underway.
