Next question:  Does KCVS use any of the KDS hardware.  Inquiring minds need to know.   :chugbeer:

Deep - where and when did you learn of this KVC stuff?

Gerry - did you get to try KDS on the brother's bike yet?

I wanted to but he wasnt keen on me screwing with his 27k bike. :(

I have a guy that bought a 21 who lives a little down the road. Going to see if FI info works on his. I kinda suspected it was the updated tool. I do know h2 uses that as well.

KIPASS info if you're looking at a H2 SX SE.  It's just the second Kawasaki bike to get our beloved KIPASS!  Just in case you don’t know, here are a couple of interesting changes from the ZG1400: the active fob has a flick-knife type key incorporated; the passive type fob is now just a chip in the spare key; the stove knob key in the ignition switch doesn't come out of the lock; the KIPASS ECU is now part of the ignition switch unit; 5 active and 2 passive fobs can be registered to a bike (down from 6 & 6); the TPMS sensors are fitted with rt angle valve stem.
