Title: Givi lid color question.
Post by: Makz58 on May 26, 2011, 12:27:35 PM: I have the V46 Tech topcase and would like to purchase a lid that would be a close match to the 2010 blue. There was some discussion on here that one of the blues is a very close match but I cannot find the thread. Any ideas?? See link of colors available the 2008 color is there...

Post by: RobQc on May 26, 2011, 02:24:53 PM: I have the Givi55 on my blue 2010 with the Burgman blue top. It is so close to the Neptune blue of 2010's that I decided to not get it painted. In bright sun, depending on the angle you look at it there might be a little difference but if you don't tell it, nobody will notice.

Post by: stewart on May 28, 2011, 02:39:31 PM: We'll it arrived and looks great. But before I can fit the blue lid, I need to get it replaced. Inside the lid there is a red piece that flaps up/down. When it arrived it had snapped of its mounting point.

Does anyone know what this red piece it for? The instructions don't cover it.

Anyway...I think I'll get it replaced on principle...product shouldn't be broken when delivered.
