Speaking of meat, what is corned beef? How about pastrami?
It is meat
Meat is the flesh of a mammal. Pig and cow certainly fit that bill.
I use the traditional and culinary definition of "meat." Check a typical menu next time- you are likely to see "Meat, Poultry, Seafood" as entrees. If asked if I eat meat, I say "no, I don't." Then comes "So you are a vegetarian?" To which I respond, "No, I do eat poultry and occasionally some fish, but no other seafood, so I am not a vegetarian." Then, of course, the last question, "why?" which is easy "because I don't like it."
At some point during my life, it seemed many have redefined "meat" as "flesh of an animal" instead of "flesh of a mammal." Kinda like people keep trying to redefine "castration" as "neuter", which it is not (I am sure you have heard "spay or neuter your pet" which makes no sense, it should be "spay or castrate your pet" or better yet, just "neuter your pet").
I will ignore the rest of your post because.... gross
