ZX-14 seat SOLD
« on: January 23, 2012, 12:37:36 PM »
Picked up a ZX-14 (it will fit any year of C14 by switching one mounting bracket from under each seat)seat that I was planning to use for a core to get rebuilt but I have decided to be content with my Sargent seat.  SOLD. It is in very nice shape, I would rate it a solid 8 out of 10.

What bracket needs to be changed? The one with the hooks or the one that locks the seat? I need a pan to use as a core and I have a Baldwin seat that I will be selling if the other seat works but I will have to get a bracket before I sell it if i use it on the new seat.
Thanks Joe

The bracket with the hooks (front bracket) is the one that needs to be changed over.  The locking tab is the same for both seats.

Thank you, I'll have to see if it a part I can get from a dealer or if the pan is sold as a unit.

Is it solid black, or is that glitter in the vinyl?

Solid black, the shine is from the wet rag I used to wipe the dust off.
