stock seats with Utopia Backrest for rider.

I have 2 stock 08 C14 seats in great condition. 1 is Grey & Black stock seat. The other looks like an all black stock seat with a Utopia Backrest for the rider. I'm still trying to figure out which seat I like best. Make me reasonable offers or trades on either or both. Thanks.

I could do $100.00 + Shipping on the Grey/Black Stock Seat.  I don't have a garage here in SC and it sits outside.  Now the seat is cracked in 2 places.

08- 14 seats are interchangeable.
