Anyone know of a lightweight trailer to haul a bicycle or two?  To pull behind the concourse of course

Trailer?  Why do you need a trailer?

Always wanted that but couldn't figure out how to do it. I guess the crutch can be used when you failed the previous two!  :)

Wow, that is really terrific. Much better plan than a trailer. Can you post a shot of the other side, where the rear is supported by the crutch?

I just saw one this Friday night at a bike night, will try to get pics if I see one again.  It was done very much like that above, but there was no crutch, maybe a special rack was made?

I believe there is a manufacturer of these but the price was rather high.  I think it was tie between a trailer with hitch or this specialized carrier.  Maybe do a search for motorcycle bike carrier on the internet.

You're right, here are some I found in case you missed them ......

http://www.cafemotos.com/johnnyrack/CustomerPage.html  half way down shows a Concours.

http://2x2cycles.com/products/bicycle-rack/  Looks like you could mount this just like a trunk.

http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=101906  Built from donor parts, interesting.

I got the 2x2 on order. Thx RFH87 for the tip. I talked to the owner and designer (the bald guy in the vid) and he knew all about the Givi top case and how it mounts. Apparently, I can still use my top case with his set-up. Not while carrying my bicycle, of course. But I think I just take my case off anytime I want to haul the bike. I'll post photos after I get it together.

I liked the 2X2 golf club carrying setup.   I may have to add that to the list of things I want to do to my bike.

My rack from 2x2 Cycles arrives tomorrow. I am pretty excited to install it.

Update on my 2X2 rack: Garrett at 2x2 drilled the holes according to the Givi/Concours installation because I am using the steel Givi plate (under the plastic honeycomb plate). It is a very solid platform for the 2x2 rack. Anyway, Givi shows to mount the plastic plate in the 2nd row of the honeycomb, where it is actually in the top row. So the holes didn't line up. And the front of the rack needs to be modified a bit. None of this is Garrett's fault. I place the blame on Givi's instruction sheet. So, long story short, he paid for shipping (all the shipping, original order plus the rework) and I am hoping to get the reworked plate back by the end of the week.
But, the cool thing is, is that after talking to him, he said that if I have a large bicycle (I do) that a 26 liter Givi case will work WITH a bike! And he said it fits a ff helmet. He has a dozen of them and is sending me one for $59. Very excited that I can still have 3 mounted cases whilst hauling my Trek. Although, the Givi 26N is going to be different from my current 46 liter.
I am hoping like heck, that the Givi mounting plate will work with both, but I am expecting that it will not. So I might have to part with the 46.
I will post photos, including of the awesome LED (running and brake) light that mounts under your license plate that Garrett sends with the rack.

I got the rack installed.
Here are some shots: (more in my photobucket link below)

The photo with me on the bike was taken before I added my 46 liter Givi top case base. The 26 liter one didn't fit after all. It was worth a try. But I like my 46 anyway.

The light under my license plate is the one 2 x 2 Cycles sends with the unit. It is an LED running/brake light.
