A happy, satisfied couple (is that an oxymoron?) were enjoying each others company one morning when the she member asked her husband, "If I were to die suddenly, would you eventually date a new woman?"
"I suppose I would." the husband said, "No reason not to."
The wife then ventured, "Might you eventually marry her?
"I suppose I would." he said, "No reason not to."
"Would you play golf with her? Like we do?" she asked.
"I suppose that we'd play golf. I like golf." he said.
"Would you give her my clubs?
"No!" he said.
"Why not?" she asked.
He said, "Because she's left handed."
