A tragic reason to swap out the potato launcher

"The accident happened at about 6:45 a.m. around the 3500 block of Northwest 97th Boulevard. Allen was driving a 2008 Kawasaki ZX14 southbound when, according to a witness, the muffler of his motorcycle struck the curb."

The muffler had nothing to do with this accident.  Inadequate rider skills at work on this one.

Clicked on the link, read the story and noticed the the left under related links three more bike wreck stories. Them folks need some schoolin.

Thanx for sharing this rediculous speculative story....
It seems all them folks swapping zx exhausts to their conni may be at risk moreso than those with stock potato launchers.... shoulda thought a bit more before the zealous posting....

So what do you have to be doing to catch a zx14 muffler on a curb? Seem like a lot more of the bike should have been there first at speed.

Posted more in jest, I guess is the word ... just couldn't figure out how to make light of this accident supposedly caused by a giant muffler when somebody died in it.
