I just sent in all my info along with a copy of my receipt and should have a RMA# next week for my Sena.  The plug in for the power cord (old style, not the USB) came loose and now it will not charge.  I would like to have the USB if possible and was wondering if anyone had the older style unit repaired or replaced and got a newer style Sena in return.  There wasn't a comments box except to give a description about what is wrong, but I would be happy to pay extra for the USB option.  I had just bought my Sena's when the offer came out to upgrade so that is why I didn't do it when I had the chance.
Keeping the economy going, one tank of fuel and two tires at a time.
