Assuming the caps are already off the screws, you just need a cool engine and a short screw driver.  Harbor Freight sells a two-pack of stubby 1" long regular and phillips for maybe $3.  I just use a sharpie and put a few different marks so I can keep track of the indexing.  Screw them in until they are just snug, then back them all out equally to your desired amount.  Most people use 1.5 to 2 turns out.
