2009 Powdercoated Black Wheels
« on: May 04, 2014, 09:39:27 AM »
After looking at the transformation that ZG has put his bike through it motivated me to dress up the bike.  I was in the need for new tires so I took the opportunity to powdercoat the wheels at the same time had batteries + replace the TPMS batteries for $20.

For $80 to powdercoat both wheels I am pretty happy.  Plus I learned how to remove tires and install them without a tire changing machine.  With the purchase of a Marc Parnes portable balancer all seems good to go!

Any problem reinstalling the thin lower and not damaging the pain via the flexing?

Thanks....you are spending more of my money!

Looks good!  The black wheels look is growing on me.
