Title: C14 Corbin vs Baldwin
Post by: deepseamdv on March 13, 2013, 01:32:53 PM
I bought a Corbin to keep the SO happy but guess what. Yep, she wasn't  :-\  happy with it ( I love it ), next I got a Baldwin Day Long & now she is happy, so I have a black leather, non heated, NEW(700 miles) Corbin seat with the large oval backrest for sale. This seat has never been wet or parked in sunlight without being covered. I'd like to sale asap so I can get the Guhl reflash ;D . Paid $778.00 plus tax & shipping. Any reasonable offer considered. Shipping will be from 95628. All original hardware and instructions included.

What would constitute a reasonable offer?

I think $475 plus shipping is reasonable. PM if you want pics or have any other questions.

As far as I know, Baldwin doesn't have a seat called the "day long". Baldwin has the GT seat. Russell has what they call the "day long" seat which is similar to the Baldwin GT.

You are correct. What I am using is indeed a Russell Day Long. Getting old  :-\  & brain cells going dead or I've read to many seat articles.
I still have a Corbin (I checked) for sale.

I am interested in just the seat. Would you sell me the seat for $325, and the backrest to JMills for $125? let me know.

Working on a deal for a Corbin seat right now, if it goes through I'll buy the back rest.
