Title: Bye folks- thanks for the memories
Post by: Strawboss on November 19, 2017, 07:05:07 AM
I'm done here, see you all, I might look at a few things technical in the Spring but I'm through here. Thanks for anybody who ever helped me. You win dude.

You win dude.

It seems that sometimes "The Range" is like the Arena...only different.
Youse guys and your guns...too much passion me thinks.

Referring only to the gun passion here, (and maybe I'm not reading the tea leaves correctly) and I'm not criticizing either
person. (Never saw anyone leave a forum over differences in highway peg choices, but then I'm not on any Harley forums.)
Just hopeful that if this forum holds any other interest for you Strawboss, that you'll return.
Brian returned to the other forum, so there is precedent.  :)

....'til then, Straw', take care.

Its been building, and I see a definite pattern, guns really had nothing to do with it, but they are one of things that seem to attract a certain type of personality, where they are, I won't be, so that kinda makes me out, I've got better things to do than go to work when I'm not at work.

No idea what led to this but take care Boss, don't be a stranger.

I will say that something happened to me in the Range forum, and with no reason, rhyme or resolution as to why something was done. Zero explanation or even a "I don't have to answer that". That is probably the main thing that drove the wedge in and started my pretty much leaving the forum. I do come back from time to time to see whats up and rarely post.

I've run into the guy who knows more than anyone about everything.  But he didn't run me off the forum.  Best of luck to you in the future Strawboss.
