I my local Dealer suggested using Hondaline HP Coolant (pre mix so no need to add distilled water) for the 2008 Connie.
Any comments or suggestions?
-
That's what I have always used on all my bikes.
-
Thanks nice to know others use it.
Have a great weekend
-
My dealer also said to use Honda oil.
-
That is great coolant, what I always use in liquid cooled bikes.
-
I use it.

Anyone have a good place to buy this stuff from? $4.49 for a quart is a little steep.

You can go to a Honda car dealer and buy it by the gallon and mix it 50/50 with distilled water. And you have a gallon for next time. But you have to store it until then. I just buy the stuff premixed from the bike shop, $20.00 isn't that much and you only do it every 2 years anyway.

That's true, 20 bucks every two years isn't that much.

If you would just start using car tires and recycled motor oil, the money for anti- freeze would pile up faster than you could imagine Conrad.

That's true Brian, I guess I could start collecting cans from the sides of the roads and turning them in for cash eh? I wonder how many cans I could get into my side bags on the bike?
-
Why bother with the saddlebags? Just tie a string through all the cans you find and drag them to the recycling center. By the way, ignore anyone who 'congratulates' you on the way.

The blue containers at the Honda car dealers is the same stuff they sell for a premium at the Honda MC stores repackaged... been using it for years in my MC's.
