2010 Concours Rear Swingarm play

I removed the rear wheel for a tire change. I noticed the right arm moves left right about 3-4mm.  I am not sure if this is normal or needs replacement. Any advice.

Is that with the wheel on or off?

Because of the design of the single bearing in each of those fancy linkages...it's normal.  Seems like it shouldn't be (normal), but it's
one good reason to be sure to torque the axle nut to the specified 94-95 lb/ft.  Lateral stiffness partially depends on it.
