Looks like you might need a pilot's license. 

Without wheels, it isn't a motorcycle.

Will it "wheelie"?  "Stoppie"?  What about countersteering?  BRAKES???? Or just a drag 'chute?  Retro-rockets?  Suspension? (probably not)

To me it just looks like an old Electrolux vacuum cleaner.  Wow that was a good device back in the day...
Interesting tid-bit, my "Frigidaire" refrigerator (or is it just "frigerator", hmmm) says it is made by Electrolux.
