In great shape.  Has about 15K miles on it.  This is an excellent seat if you and your passsenger a "big boned" as the seat is wide and comfortable for both riders. I had this paired with an air hawk and could do 500+ mile days with no issues.

Looks like shipping would be around $50 through USPS.
